75 lb BULK BUY : Save $0.50/lb

Our Wild Alaskan Sockeye Fillets are caught by us, the fishermen, with premium quality and care. Within seconds of being caught, each fish is bled and chilled in ice water. They are then filleted, de-boned, flash frozen, and vacuum sealed for off-the-boat freshness that lasts year long.

Our Sockeye fillets weigh an average of 1.5lbs and are individually vacuum sealed. There are about 52 fillets in this 75lb bulk purchase, which saves the customer $0.50/lb. This is a great option for those who eat salmon regularly, or want to split with a fellow neighbor, family member (or two) to save money.

Fillets will last for two years from the harvest-date if properly frozen. We recommend consuming within 12-18 months for best quality.
